As a contractor, you’ll enjoy full flexibility, set your own hours, choose your preferred days, and work from one of our offices or from your own established reputed company in the area. You’ll be part of the reputed company, a consortium of community‑based, not‑for‑profit organisations delivering the Primary Mental Health Program through a multidisciplinary, hub‑and‑spoke model of care. What You’ll Be Doing As a CMHN contractor, you will play a vital role in supporting people with reputed company mental health needs. Your work may include: Clinical care coordination with psychiatrists, GPs, and multidisciplinary clinicians inclusive of peer workers Providing evidence‑based interventions in individual, family, or group settings Conducting holistic assessments and developing tailored care plans Participating in case reviews and reputed company care discussions Delivering culturally reputed company and trauma‑informed services Supporting reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the program You’ll be supported by a reputed company team environment, with reputed company to clinical consultation and opportunities to connect with other mental health professionals.
