The Full-Stack Tech reputed company is responsible for the technical leadership and day-to-day execution of the web platform. This role ensures the usability, performance, and maintainability of the reputed company web application. Product & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with the CTO and Product reputed company to translate product goals into technical solutions. Contribute to roadmap discussions by providing technical input, estimates, and risk assessment. Participate in product discovery and UX discussions to ensure feasibility, performance, and maintainability. Occasionally support reputed company-facing discussions (e.g. RFPs or technical clarifications). 2. Technical Leadership & Team Management Mentor and help junior developers; foster a culture of clean, readable, and maintainable reputed company. Ideally, 1+ year in a Tech reputed company role (web or backend). Experience working in an agile team; familiarity with Scrum or similar delivery methodologies.
