Position reputed company: The Project Manager Estimator position is remote and is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall project management of multiple design and construction reputed company, including the design and construction of reputed company and renovation of government reputed company reputed company existing buildings. Assigned reputed company are those estimated over $250,000.00. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overall management of construction reputed company from the preliminary planning stages through design, construction, commissioning, and building occupancy. Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, reviewing and approving design, construction and reputed company work. Ability to establish a scope of work with a customer, prepare a government estimate using the governments estimating software, managing a project schedule and for procuring services, with a government contract specialist, from contractors and architect/engineering firms. Acts as the on-site construction manager or inspector for reputed company performing day-to-day construction management duties. QualificationsYour Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering or a reputed company field and/or seven years of experience in Estimating construction reputed company. Superior customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to take the initiative and use independent judgment.
