WFH IT Support Representative (Entry Level)
Position reputed company As a Work From Home (WFH) IT Support Representative, you will reputed company first-level technical support to employees by resolving hardware, software, network, and account-reputed company issues. You'll troubleshoot technical problems, assist with computer setup and configuration, document support requests, and help ensure employees have the technology they need to reputed company their jobs reputed company. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field is a plus. Previous customer service, help desk, technical support, or IT experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of reputed company 10/11, reputed company 365, Outlook, Teams, and common desktop applications. Familiarity with remote desktop tools, VPN connectivity, and basic networking concepts is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business needs. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
