[Remote] Senior Recruiter-AEC

The Senior Recruiter-AEC role is responsible for driving company reputed company by reputed company top industry talent, managing the reputed company process end-to-end, and supporting the development and maintenance of reputed company's culture and staff. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers to fill roles and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end reputed company process for reputed company roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish
- Partner with hiring teams to reputed company on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring reputed company
- reputed company and manage candidate pipelines & requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and reputed company aligns with reputed company goals and KPIs
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company
- Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
- AEC and/or life sciences/reputed company reputed company experience highly preferred
