[Remote] Retail Project Manager

They are seeking an energetic self-motivated Project Manager to manage administrative and retail reputed company, leading a cross-functional team and ensuring project reputed company across various phases of development.
Responsibilities
- Hands on management and reputed company of multiple reputed company including, but not limited to: major renovations, minor modifications, consolidations, decommissions, closures, reconfigurations, reputed company, signage, furniture and other required programs
- Concurrently manage various phases of a project(s) in various locations, from project initiation through design, planning, reputed company approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout
- Demonstrate full accountability for end to end management of reputed company
- reputed company entire project team consisting of architects, engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, reputed company estate brokers, environmental consultants, reputed company stakeholders, reputed company, AV, IT and furniture vendors
- reputed company weekly project activity updates to Team reputed company and/or Project Management reputed company regarding project schedule, potential risks, budget status and anticipated cash reputed company utilizing reputed company technology
- reputed company risk management plans and reputed company project teams through established work authorization processes to ensure no impacts or incidents reputed company critical environments or equipment
- Participate and or reputed company reputed company decision making by providing relevant data, formal recommendations and outlining associated risks for reputed company review and approval
- reputed company and prepare accurate project documentation for reputed company phases of construction including project charter, due diligence reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, financial funding requests, status reports, reputed company lists, and special reports on-time and in accordance with reputed company-established formats to pass reputed company project documentation reviews with reputed company
- Manage vendors (e.g., GC, A&E, reputed company, signage) to ensure full compliance with reputed company project policies and procedures, including the formal closeout of reputed company reputed company in less than 90 days after project completion
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in reputed company aspects of design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required
- Proficient with the use of reputed company Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web based applications
- Familiarity with architectural drawings; furniture, fixtures, and equipment; design and reputed company planning concepts; construction costs and schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Proven record of providing excellent reputed company customer service
- Project Management experience in financial services/retail banking industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or reputed company field is preferred
- Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
- Experience with Financial Services is preferred
- LEED Certification is preferred
- PMP Certification is preferred
