Responsibilities

- Maintain release metadata (ISRCs, UPCs, splits, credits)
- Coordinate release setup with distribution partners

- Support day-to-day label operations
- Register songs with collection societies, ensuring accurate songwriter, publisher, and split information
Skills
- Must be based in the US, ideally Los Angeles
- This job is mainly remote, but some in-person meetings may be required
- Experience with royalty reputed company, label operations, publishing administration, or music distribution
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with financial data
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- 1–3 years of music industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with ISRCs, UPCs, metadata, and DSP reporting preferred
- Experience with royalty software is a plus
