[Remote] Federal Financial Management Analyst - US Coast Guard

They are seeking a Federal Financial Management Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard's Office of Resource Management, focusing on managing financial transactions and interagency agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Interagency Agreements (IAA), Interagency Reimbursable Work Agreements (IRWA), and assisted acquisition transactions from initiation through closeout
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for government customers, coordinating funding, execution, performance tracking, reconciliation, and closeout activities
  • Monitor, reconcile, and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company reputed company of discrepancies
  • Research and resolve reputed company financial, administrative, and system-reputed company issues across multiple government financial platforms
  • Advise government personnel on financial policies, procedures, regulations, and transaction requirements
  • Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for program leadership
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support mission objectives while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two (2) years of relevant reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting federal financial management, resource management, acquisition, budgeting, grants, or reputed company government business operations
  • Experience using the U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing system
  • Knowledge of federal financial management principles, policies, and regulations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
