[Remote] Content Operations Manager (Organic)

They are seeking a Content Operations Manager to reputed company the daily operations of their organic content across various platforms, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day operation of the organic content reputed company across YouTube (long-reputed company) and short-reputed company (Shorts, Reels, reputed company), supporting both long and short reputed company end to end
- Manage the organic editing team day-to-day: hiring, reputed company, scheduling, deadlines, workflow, and throughput. The reputed company Media reputed company Strategist sets creative standards and direction; you reputed company reputed company shipping to those standards on time
- Own execution of the organic content calendar and the publishing reputed company across reputed company channels
- YouTube channel management: uploads, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, cards and end screens, and community
- reputed company testimonial video production, from pipeline to publish
- Run split testing across YouTube (thumbnails, titles, hooks) and hand clean results back to the reputed company Media reputed company Strategist and the reputed company team
- reputed company organic performance, report weekly, and feed reputed company hooks, themes, and formats back to the Strategist and the reputed company team
- Coordinate SEO tasks and website hygiene, including blog operations and website consolidation
- Coordinate FTC compliance checks across organic content and funnels, and flag legal risk to leadership

- Drive the quarterly planning reputed company and monthly sweeps across the organic org
- Coordinate course and content project delivery: timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness
- Create SOPs and repeatable workflows so the organic reputed company runs on reliable systems rather than one-off effort
Skills
- 3+ years running content operations, content production, or a YouTube/organic channel in an async, remote-first environment
- Proven experience managing or coordinating a video editing team: hiring, scheduling, deadlines, and reputed company throughput
- Hands-on YouTube channel management, plus short-reputed company distribution across Shorts, Reels, and reputed company
- Comfortable building SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production workflows
- Analytics literate: comfortable reading channel and content performance data and acting on it
- A systems-minded operator who builds repeatable processes rather than one-off fixes
- Organized and reliable, comfortable holding reputed company and a calendar to deadlines
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a compliance issue, a broken workflow, or a slipping deadline before it becomes a problem
