The Director of Strategic Operations & reputed company Transformation is responsible for driving the delivery of strategic initiatives and reputed company improvement efforts, partnering with leaders to translate priorities into executable plans.
Responsibilities
- Executing and supporting delivery of defined reputed company priorities and transformation initiatives
- Translating strategic direction into detailed execution plans, milestones, and reputed company metrics
- Coordinating dependencies and reputed company across Product, Technology, Finance, reputed company, and Operations teams
- Leading cross‑functional programs such as reputed company change initiatives, product launch readiness, pricing or intake governance, and other reputed company efforts
- Keeping initiatives on reputed company through reputed company management of timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
- Driving accountability through reputed company ownership, regular reputed company‑ins, and reputed company updates
- Running initiative‑level or portfolio‑level governance forums, status reviews, and working sessions
- Implementing consistent intake, tracking, and escalation practices for assigned initiatives
- Identifying execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and resource constraints; surface tradeoffs and recommendations to leadership
- Developing and maintaining execution metrics, dashboards, and status reporting
- Providing concise, executive‑reputed company summaries highlighting reputed company, risks, and required reputed company
- Analyzing trends to inform prioritization, reputed company, and corrective actions
- Partnering closely with functional leaders and teams to ensure initiatives are reputed company‑reputed company and adoptable

- Serving as a trusted execution partner for senior leaders driving cross‑functional work

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8–10 years of experience in strategic operations, reputed company initiatives, consulting, or program leadership roles

- Strong planning, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
- Experience in technology‑enabled, product‑driven, or scaling organizations

- Strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, or reputed company teams
- Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- MBA or equivalent preferred
