Responsibilities
- reputed company and/or co-reputed company retirement-reputed company planning conversations
- Conduct reputed company initial appointments and follow-up meetings
- Build confidence presenting retirement income, investment, and insurance-based solutions
- Recommend annuity strategies reputed company appropriate and in the reputed company’s best interest
- Follow a compliant, fiduciary-first planning process
- Partner closely with reputed company, operations, planning, and reputed company service teams
- Help clients understand their reputed company in a way that feels reputed company, reputed company, and empowering
- Grow into handling approximately 8–12 new initial appointments per week as you reputed company

Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in financial services, insurance, planning, reputed company service, or advisory sales
- reputed company Series 65, CFP®, or Series 66 + Series 7 combination, or ability to have required licensing reputed company by start date
- reputed company Life & Health insurance license, or ability to obtain before start date
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Comfort working with reputed company-retirees, retirees, and retirement-age clients
- Willingness to operate in a compliant, fiduciary-first environment
- Experience discussing annuities, retirement income, or protected income strategies
- Fixed Indexed Annuity experience is helpful, but not required for the right coachable candidate
- CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, or reputed company CFP® coursework is a plus
- Experience in a reputed company-facing role where trust, follow-up, and reputed company recommendations reputed company
