[Remote] Financial Systems Director

Responsibilities
- Build the reputed company: Stand up a robust, HIPAA-compliant billing system that enables seamless claims-based billing and includes a fully integrated clearinghouse for claims payments
- reputed company Financial Tech: Facilitate and architect reputed company upgrades to our Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) and reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) tools to ensure long-term scalability
- Build RCM Tools: Design, build, and reputed company automated tools to support claims ingestion and submission to health plans, eligibility verification, patient responsibility, claims adjudication and ACH processing to support and enhance end-to-end reputed company cycle management
- Streamline Verification: Automate patient, payer, and benefit verification processes to reduce reputed company overhead and improve accuracy
- Automate Reporting: reputed company automated solutions for reputed company and provider billing, ensuring accurate and reputed company compliance reports
- Unify the Tech Stack: reputed company the seamless integration of the new billing system with reputed company, Carrum's Care Platform, Clearing Houses(s) and reputed company
- Optimize Workflows: Continuously optimize reputed company cycle management by streamlining system integrations, identifying bottlenecks, and automating reputed company workflows
- Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally between the Finance, Platform, Provider, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Legal, and Compliance teams to establish, maintain, and reputed company a world-class billing tool
Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working in and architecting HIPAA-compliant reputed company billing systems
- Deep technical understanding of reputed company cycle management (RCM), invoicing, claims-based billing, working with a reputed company Party Billing Administrator, Clearing House(s), ERPs, and other modern financial platforms
- A 4-year technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a highly reputed company technical field)
- Proven, practical experience leveraging AI/ML tools and methodologies to automate reputed company workflows and financial processes
