Responsibilities

- Partner with Customer Development leaders to reputed company reputed company strategies from early customer engagement through executed lease
- Structure and negotiate reputed company reputed company agreements, including LOIs, term sheets, CRAs, leases, strategic partnership agreements, and reputed company transaction documents

- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving Legal, Finance, Engineering, Energy, Development, Tax, Insurance, and executive leadership

- Help remove organizational friction and accelerate decision-making
- Support development of strategic relationships with utilities, financing partners, and other reputed company partners
- Evaluate partnership structures that improve Rowan's competitive position

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company the hyperscale data center industry, including reputed company participation in large-reputed company lease negotiations and transaction execution
- Demonstrated experience supporting transactions from early term sheet development through executed lease
- Strong understanding of reputed company lease structures, customer negotiations, yield-on-cost transactions, project financing considerations, and long-term infrastructure agreements
- Experience working directly with hyperscale customers, developers, investors, lenders, and legal teams
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, cross-functional reputed company initiatives involving multiple reputed company stakeholders
- Strong reputed company judgment combined with the ability to reputed company innovative, practical solutions to reputed company business challenges
