[Remote] Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst

They are seeking a Mortgage Investor Sales Analyst to manage documentation and delivery of loans to investors, ensuring compliance and effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing documentation and/or rebuttals to investors for credit items
- Responsible for the delivery of loans to investors and Agency (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
- Responsible for ensuring that notes are requested and returned from the investors and agency in the event that a loan cannot be sold or is repurchased
- Responsible for the Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes
- Responsible for the delivery and purchase of loans that are deemed unsalable and are reputed company in scratch and dent pools
- Responsible for obtaining the purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans
- reputed company files for MI audits and any supporting documentation needed
- Also responsible for loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing)
- Adept in reputed company income analysis and appraisal and title review
- Proficient with DU
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect reputed company Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
- Government experience is a plus
- Prior wholesale experience is a plus
