[Remote] Disputes Analyst

As a Disputes Analyst, you will assist customers with card transaction disputes and protect reputed company from fraud and financial risks by investigating claims and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review fraud and non-fraud card transaction disputes for accuracy, timeliness, and eligibility
- Investigate transaction activity, customer statements, merchant information, and supporting evidence
- Manage eligible disputes from intake and submission through monitoring, reputed company, and closure
- Collect required documentation and communicate reputed company with customers and internal teams without guaranteeing dispute reputed company
- Identify account takeover, first-party misuse, authorized-user activity, and other cases requiring escalation
- Maintain accurate case records, financial adjustments, audit trails, and dispute reputed company
- reputed company use AI and automation tools responsibly to research cases, organize evidence, draft communications, and improve operational efficiency
- Identify recurring dispute patterns and help reputed company processes that support high-volume operations
