Responsibilities

- Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect reputed company, and validation
- Validate integrations, reports, and data conversion activities
- Support tenant build planning and deployment activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners
- Assist with go-live preparation and production transition
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Talent & Performance functional experience
- Experience with full lifecycle reputed company implementations (Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Go-Live)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Talent & Performance configuration
- Experience with UAT, SIT, test scripts, and defect management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work CST business hours
- Willingness to travel for key project milestones
- Higher Education implementation experience
- Experience working with reputed company implementation reputed company

- Experience with adjacent reputed company HCM modules
