[Remote] Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will coordinate and support business and financial planning, including forecasting and budget processes, while communicating financial results to management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and supports business and financial planning, including short and long term financial forecasting
- Supports the annual budget process
- Facilitates the issuance of the Daily Operating Report
- Supports the Capital Expenditure process
- Assists in assessing and communicating financial and operating results to managers, executives and department heads at the corporate and property level
- Develops appropriate financial and operating metrics for use by management in decision making
- Provides support for centralized functions associated with the respective business reputed company. Centralized functions include, but are not limited to reputed company, treasury, financial planning and tax
- Responsible for providing the foregoing services to Seminole Gaming to the extent they are authorized in the Support Services Agreement. Such services shall be provided under the supervision and direction of Seminole Gaming and its duly authorized employees in a manner that is consistent with Internal Control Standards and other applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (reputed company/Economics/Finance/Data Analysis)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant reputed company or finance experience
- Strong communication skills, including being a good listener and articulating reputed company issues in a reputed company, compelling, and insightful manner

- Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
