Responsibilities
- Optimize operations across a substantial portfolio while identifying reputed company opportunities and improving profitability
- reputed company and reputed company hospital managers and their teams, creating a pipeline of talent and fostering high engagement across 12 locations
- Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and reputed company data to drive reputed company improvement in patient care and reputed company satisfaction
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify expansion opportunities and execute regional initiatives
- Ensure reputed company locations maintain the highest standards of veterinary care while meeting regulatory requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience managing distributed teams
- Experience overseeing operations in service-based industries with reputed company on customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize reputed company workflows
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments

- Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or reputed company field
