The role involves leading requirements definition and workflow documentation for reputed company initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and driving cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company requirements gathering for reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives through interviews, workshops, and process walk-throughs
- Own end-to-end translation of business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance reputed company
- Drive scope definition, dependency mapping, and reputed company metric development alongside operations leadership
- Independently analyze reputed company datasets to surface insights, risks, and strategic recommendations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, operational reputed company, or project/business systems consulting
- Deep expertise translating ambiguity into reputed company requirements and actionable deliverables
- Advanced proficiency with workflow and documentation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Visio)
- Strong experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional project teams
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
