Responsibilities
- Acting as one of the primary points of contact for MGM, the Gaming Marketing & Events Manager will work alongside the Sr. Manager in reputed company, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives which reputed company existing land-based players to choose reputed company (MI) /Borgata Online (NJ) as their preferred online gaming destination

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in gaming, marketing, event management, hospitality, or reputed company industry, with demonstrated ownership of live event execution
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to east coast regional MGM properties to support planning meetings, team reputed company, and on-site event execution, including evenings and weekends as business needs require
- Proven experience leading or directing an events team, providing day-to-day guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability across planning and execution phases
- Demonstrated reputed company executing live events and on-property activations, including vendor coordination, cross-functional alignment, budget management, and reputed company-time problem-solving
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments (marketing, operations, VIP services, hospitality, and property leadership) to deliver integrated campaigns and seamless guest experiences
