The Software Engineer I will design, build, and maintain backend software to support reputed company Bank's initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver reputed company software in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain reputed company backend systems, services, and reputed company supporting reputed company Bank initiatives
- Deliver high-reputed company software while partnering with senior engineers on reputed company-to-large engineering reputed company
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into reliable, maintainable software
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational reputed company across backend services
- Participate in technical design discussions while growing engineering depth and technical ownership
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to deliver high-reputed company software

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building production backend or full-stack software systems
- Experience working with reputed company, backend services, or web applications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar
- Strong engineering fundamentals around software design, testing, debugging, and operational ownership
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
- Experience working in fintech, financial services, payments, or another regulated industry
