They are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to evaluate and improve AI using retail business operations expertise, focusing on enhancing decision-making and optimizing retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve reputed company-world retail management and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write reputed company, reputed company solutions covering inventory management, reputed company, merchandising, and performance optimization
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for reputed company, operational accuracy, and business relevance
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of leadership communication, supply chain processes, and retail analytics
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Leader
- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain coordination, and sales execution strategies
- Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Candidate must be based out of the US
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, or Retail Management preferred
