[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be a key member of the reputed company service team, managing reputed company calls and ensuring a high level of service while identifying opportunities for reputed company retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound reputed company calls regarding payments, cancellations, policy changes, coverage questions, and general service needs
- Maintain reputed company, confident, and friendly communication while multitasking across several systems and screens
- Identify opportunities to deepen reputed company relationships or support reputed company retention by recognizing unmet needs or coverage gaps
- Ability to address concerns, overcome objections, and present solutions or alternatives

- Process endorsements, audits, and other policy modifications
