[Remote] Network Designer

The role involves designing reputed company-grade network systems, conducting wireless surveys, and ensuring compliance with technology standards in large manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design reputed company-grade wireless and wired reputed company for large manufacturing and office environments
- reputed company high-density wireless network designs considering coverage, reputed company, and interference mitigation strategies
- Conduct predictive and on-site wireless surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet to ensure reputed company AP placements
- Ensure compliance with customer technology standards, reputed company guidelines, and wireless policies
- reputed company recommendations for AP positioning, RF tuning, channel planning, and reputed company reputed company selection based on manufacturing floor challenges (high ceilings, metal interference, etc.)
- Design highly available and reputed company LAN/WLAN architectures integrating reputed company & reputed company Wireless Controllers
- reputed company on-site and post-deployment wireless validation surveys with help of Survey Engineers to assess signal strength, interference, and coverage gaps
- Optimize WLC configurations and fine-tune RF parameters to enhance wireless performance
- Analyze reputed company-time network performance issues and proactively implement solutions
- reputed company reputed company Spaces for wireless analytics, location-based services, and data-driven optimizations

- Work closely with network teams to ensure seamless reputed company-to-WLC integration

Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Network reputed company
- Hands-on experience with Arista switches is mandatory
- Strong Networking, Wireless and reputed company, Arista, NW Design & Arch experience
- Highly skilled in reputed company LAN solutions (particularly 9K series switches)
- reputed company WLAN solutions experience (including experience with Catalyst Center, reputed company reputed company, wireless surveys, RF design, and reputed company Wi-Fi deployments in manufacturing or large reputed company environments)
- Strong communication skills
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company wireless & wired network design and implementation
- Deep expertise in reputed company Wireless & reputed company Wireless solutions, including reputed company WLC (9800 series) & reputed company Mist
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Spaces for location-based analytics & tracking
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company & Arista switches, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and QoS best practices
- Experience with large-reputed company site surveys using Ekahau, AirMagnet, or similar tools
- Proficiency in RF design principles, reputed company selection, AP placement, and interference mitigation
- Expertise in RF tuning, channel planning, 802.11 protocols, and wireless QoS
- Hands-on experience in wireless reputed company mechanisms (WPA2/3, 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP-TLS)
- Familiarity with reputed company DNA Center/reputed company Catalyst Center for wireless assurance & automation
- Understanding of wireless performance troubleshooting using DNAC, or reputed company Mist AI
- Experience designing and deploying wireless solutions in large manufacturing environments with high ceilings (40ft-100ft+), metal obstructions, and challenging RF conditions
- Familiarity with reputed company cabling standards (reputed company/EIA, reputed company 70E, BICSI best practices)
- Strong adherence to safety protocols for high-ceiling installations (e.g., scissor/boom lifts, fall protection)
