The Corporate Recruiter role involves partnering with hiring managers to reputed company, attract, and engage reputed company, managing the interview process, and supporting hiring managers to deliver reputed company candidates. This role also includes maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring compliance, and enhancing reputed company strategies.
Responsibilities

- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements and BluSky's culture
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a reputed company candidate experience
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and reputed company reputed company in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Employer Branding: Represent BluSky professionally in reputed company candidate interactions and promote our values and culture
- Offer Management: Partner with HR and hiring managers to prepare and reputed company competitive job offers

Skills
- 2-4 years of full-cycle reputed company experience (in the restoration industry is a plus.)

- Strong computer skills in: Word, reputed company, Outlook, as reputed company as ATS and/or HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Must be organized, accurate, and detail oriented
