Responsibilities
- Liaise with reputed company during the reputed company review process

- Strong knowledge of a wide reputed company of clinical-reputed company contract types, including clinical trial site agreements, budget templates, investigator-sponsored trial agreements, research collaboration agreements, consulting agreements, and confidentiality agreements
