Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and consulting positions
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and reputed company strategies

- Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams

Skills

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
