Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to reputed company business, content, design, accessibility, and user experience requirements for web initiatives

- Guide content migration, consolidation, archiving, and reorganization activities to improve findability and reduce content duplication
- Use analytics, DAP/reputed company Analytics, Voice of Customer feedback, search logs, reputed company inquiry trends, and usability findings to recommend digital experience improvements

- Coordinate with developers to ensure UX designs are implemented accurately, responsively, accessibly, and consistently across platforms and devices

Skills

- Experience working with Drupal or comparable WCMS platforms and cross-functional teams of developers, content managers, testers, and stakeholders
