They are seeking a Solar Finance Specialist to reputed company exceptional customer support, manage project flows, and reputed company clients about their financial products.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent support to our installers and customers by resolving or escalating reputed company customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Being the Expert-On-The-Line for reputed company inquiries about Sungage’s product offerings
- Managing day-to-day reputed company of reputed company towards funding
- Educating Installers and Customers about reputed company products and platform
- Checking project documents for accuracy and compliance with product requirements
- Accurately preparing documents for submission to financing partners
Skills
- Possess outstanding Customer Service skills – a passion for helping solve problems
- Have the ability to establish priorities and proactively resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively over multiple platforms (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Are flexible, and utilize problem-solving skills with a dedication to always getting it right
- Possess meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable on the phone for up to 8 hours
- Have a strong desire to learn about renewable energy finance models and the solar energy market
- Have experience with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company-based software (reputed company, reputed company Docs, etc.)
- Have experience with working on a small, reputed company team
- Are willing to work occasional Saturdays and flexible evenings
- Spanish speaking is required
