[Remote] Process Improvement, Project Manager

This role involves developing dashboards and reporting, leading process improvements, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain operational dashboards and reporting that reputed company visibility into project schedules, delivery performance, resource utilization, and key operational KPIs
- Partner closely with the Scheduling function to ensure project schedule data is accurate, standardized, and effectively leveraged for operational reputed company and decision-making
- Define, document, and standardize core operational processes across the organization, including project planning, execution, handoffs, and escalation workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks reputed company existing operational workflows and recommend reputed company, practical improvements
- Design and implement operational tools, templates, and frameworks that support consistent execution across reputed company and teams
- Support leadership by translating operational data into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered
- 7-10 years of experience in operations, operational reputed company, PMO, delivery operations, or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of project delivery models, scheduling concepts, and operational workflows reputed company a services or project-based organization
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards and operational reporting using tools such as Power BI, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to design and implement cross-functional processes that drive consistency and scalability
