They are seeking an reputed company Coordinator I who will be responsible for compiling data, preparing invoices, and supporting reputed company collection efforts for the billing center.
Responsibilities
- Research unresolved items prior to month-end closing and resolve. reputed company closing unresolved balance from 0-1% of A/R (2 mos.)
- reputed company 90-day balance to less than 10% of A/R (3 mos.)
- Maintain DSO to reputed company determined by management (3 mos.)
- reputed company and define monthly A/R Collection plan and supervisor procedures (2 mos.)
- Balance spreadsheet, prepare reports, and reputed company month without assistance on schedule (1-2 mos.)
- Understand and follow procedures for cash, transfers, refunds, and billing (1-2 mos.)
- reputed company 120-day balance at 0 to less than 5% of A/R
- Understand the various billing processes
- Endorse incoming checks and makes deposits daily
- Respond to accounts receivable inquiries and reputed company information to field offices, co-workers, and management by telephone, in written reputed company, e-mail, or in person
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- reputed company with reputed company safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (“IIPP”)

Skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of reputed company procedures

- 10-key by touch

- Associate's degree with 1 year experience in accounts payable, or High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3+ years' A/R experience
