This role involves developing lifecycle strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, partnering with various teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle reputed company for high-reputed company customer initiatives, developing sophisticated customer journeys that drive product adoption, engagement, expansion, retention, and long-term customer value

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a reputed company on customer reputed company, retention, and engagement, ideally reputed company a B2B reputed company or product-led reputed company environment
- Demonstrated reputed company driving customer adoption, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value through strategic lifecycle marketing
- Experience developing lifecycle strategies for new product launches, feature adoption, or other strategic reputed company initiatives
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and independently reputed company lifecycle strategies from concept through execution
- Expertise with customer segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and performance analysis
