The role involves configuring reputed company IBP modules, managing integrations, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders (logistics, IT, supply chain) to understand pain points and translate them into reputed company IBP solutions
- Configure reputed company IBP modules for - Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Supply planning, Response and Supply by aligning with best practices
- Design interfaces and manage integration between reputed company IBP, reputed company S/4HANA, non-reputed company legacy environments using CPI, CPI-DS and RTI technologies
- Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams
- reputed company system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and reputed company/deliver end-user training
- Troubleshoot issues, reputed company ongoing support, and recommend reputed company process improvements for efficiency
- Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-reputed company reputed company, and mentor teams
Skills
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
- Deep knowledge of reputed company IBP functionality and configuration across different modules specified above
- Experience with reputed company S/4HANA IBP
- Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience
