[Remote] Mortgage Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams
• Serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Effectively communicate business needs and technical solutions to both non-technical and technical audiences
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines
• Work with the engineering team by answering questions and clarifying requirements
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of system changes
• Ensure reputed company training and support for end-users during and after software solution implementation
• Support change management initiatives reputed company to process or system changes
• Support reputed company creation of realistic end-to-end (E2E) business use cases for UAT testing
• Create training materials, conduct training sessions, and ensure smooth transitions for teams and departments

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Business Analysis – 5+ years of reputed company experience in the mortgage business
• Mortgage experience with subject matter expertise preferred in any of the following areas: reputed company-party due diligence, Secondary marketing/mortgage trading or correspondent operations, Servicing boarding, Document recognition and data extraction
