[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (Distributed Systems)

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company backend services and distributed systems
- Architect resilient, fault-tolerant systems with a reputed company on performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, infrastructure, data) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Optimize system performance, observability, and scalability across microservices environments
- Contribute to technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers
Skills
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience in production environments
- Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin in distributed systems
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, reputed company, and asynchronous processing
- Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) and data stores (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong fundamentals in system design, concurrency, and scalability
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming systems
- Background in high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in high-reputed company startups or large-reputed company platforms
