Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Recruit for field-based technical positions including:
- Field Service Engineers
- Transformer Diagnostic Specialists
- Commissioning Engineers
- High Voltage Technicians
- Electrical Engineers
- Service Technicians
- Installation and Maintenance Professionals
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and competitor targeting

Skills
