Responsibilities

- Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management
- Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across reputed company workstreams and dependencies
- Manage vendor commercials including reputed company, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization
