[Remote] Senior Technical Program Analyst

The Senior Technical Program Analyst will assist the Program Manager in a science program, providing technical support and coordinating various programmatic activities to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company technical support and coordinate conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, and technical reviews
  • Maintaining briefings
  • Coordinate input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills
  • Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans
  • Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development
  • Representation of the government project
  • Assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, cost and schedule
  • Familiarity with development of databases for technical programmatic tracking of milestones using programs such as: task sheets, mission model canvas sheets, reputed company sheets, fact sheets and drafting portfolio review slides

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree - Masters Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience
  • Ten (10) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, reputed company, computer science, and physics
  • Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting
  • Experience in Science and Technology (S&T) program management
  • Experience in technical program management of programs in excess of $1M
  • Experience in planning methodologies to analyze research programs and development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones
  • Experience in evaluating and developing analytical models, procedures, and techniques
  • Experience in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities
  • Secret DoD Clearance
  • Experience collaborating with senior government (OPNAV, SYSCOM, Warfare Centers, reputed company, or OSD personnel)
  • Experience supporting senior Navy S&T leadership or programs on reputed company tasks
  • Experience with reputed company Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (DoD reputed company&E) program/budget exhibits & reputed company&E strategic plans
  • Experience in one or more of the following reputed company areas: (1) Naval/Marine Corps Naval Engineering, (2) Naval/Marine Corps Power and Energy, (3) Naval/Marine Corps Materials, (4) Naval/Marine Corps Undersea Systems and (5) Naval/Marine Corps Manufacturing
