Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and reputed company requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
• Extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using reputed company, Power BI, and SQL
• Proficiency in JIRA, reputed company, and other project management tools
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company
• Proficiency in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in a GxP environment
