Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, reputed company mathematics, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of hands-on ML modeling/development experience
- Extensive experience in deep learning models including Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Hands-on experience with GPU, distributed computing, and applying parallelism to ML solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python including PyTorch and/or Tensorflow
- Solid background in algorithms and a reputed company of ML models
- Experience leading teams of four or more Data Scientists
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other disciplines at both leadership and hands-on reputed company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with superb attention to detail
- Proven leadership in providing technical guidance and mentoring to data scientists, with strong management skills to ensure reputed company reputed company
- PhD with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience
