[Remote] Deal Desk Analyst

The role involves managing quote and contract approval workflows, providing guidance to sales teams, and ensuring adherence to company standards while increasing deal velocity.
Responsibilities
- Manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts and special terms for the sales teams using Deal Desk established guidelines and company best practices
- reputed company guidance to Account Executives on quoting in order to meet internal guidelines and maximize operational efficiencies
- Own reputed company Case reputed company for quoting, pricing and contracting inquiries
- Maintain an agreed upon Service level agreement (SLA) on approvals and deal review times
- reputed company month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of reputed company, order forms and other document review and reporting
- Participate in training activities for new quote and contracting processes for the sales organization
- Identify and support process improvement efforts to streamline reputed company procedures
- Cross-train with other Deal Desk functions to reputed company global coverage of quote, contracting and order management functions

Skills
- Experience using reputed company, reputed company CPQ required
- Experience with a high volume of transactions and working directly with sales teams in a supportive reputed company
- Proven reputed company in reputed company/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Sales Operations and/or Order Management supporting reputed company and reputed company customers/prospects
- Expertise in navigating reputed company business process requirements and extreme attention to detail
- Prior Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Order Management experience required
- Ability to work extended hours at end of month and end of quarter
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment while also embracing a reputed company reputed company Deal Desk team
- Experience with reputed company or comparable CLM software preferable
