Responsibilities
- Consults with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and reputed company factors

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in technology or another reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum five years experience in banking, technology, or another reputed company field required
- Strong Knowledge Of Customer And User System Experiences Required
- Advanced technical skills are not required; but knowledge of system components and user experience is highly required
- Experience supporting digital banking, electronic banking, reputed company online banking including mobile apps required
- Experience With Deposit And/or Loan Operations Required
- Experience with ACH payments, including knowledge of National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file layout and rules required
