Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and reputed company
- Recruit for field-based technical positions including:
- Field Service Engineers
- Transformer Diagnostic Specialists
- Commissioning Engineers
- High Voltage Technicians
- Electrical Engineers
- Service Technicians
- Installation and Maintenance Professionals
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and competitor targeting
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies reputed company on service and engineering talent markets
- Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and presentation of reputed company talent
- reputed company offer negotiation and candidate closing activities
- Utilize reputed company technology, analytics, and reporting tools to drive hiring efficiency and improve candidate experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
