[Remote] Senior Manager, Product Support - reputed company

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand reputed company to own the brand reputed company experience end-to-end, driving systems and standards to reputed company the function effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the full brand reputed company lifecycle from post-sale through go-live, managing a mixed reputed company and non-reputed company queue and ensuring every brand has a reputed company, reputed company-executed reputed company to launch
- Monitor reputed company health at the queue level — tracking timelines, actioning churn risks, and driving reputed company of systemic blockers before they reputed company at reputed company
- Define reputed company standards and escalation protocols for reputed company, ensuring consistency across reputed company touch points and teammates
- reputed company large, cross-functional initiatives with company-wide reputed company — whether that’s improving go-live rates, reducing time-to-value, or partnering with Product and Engineering on platform improvements
- Partner with the Director of Product Support on long-term reputed company, anticipating reputed company challenges and building preventative solutions
- Serve as a thought partner and informal mentor to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and navigate reputed company reputed company situations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, or a reputed company implementation role, with at least 1–2 years managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company independently
- Demonstrated experience in e-reputed company and/or affiliate marketing; familiarity with reputed company strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously, balancing urgency, reputed company, and relationship management
- Strong data reputed company — comfortable synthesizing support metrics, reputed company timelines, and customer signals into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present reputed company to leadership and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience identifying systemic issues and driving durable fixes, not just resolving individual cases
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; knows what to push reputed company and what to park
