[Remote] RCM - Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate

They are seeking an RCM - Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to ensure reputed company and accurate reimbursement for services provided, focusing on reducing aged AR and improving productivity for the assigned AR portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Review and resolve unpaid accounts to ensure reputed company and accurate reimbursement
- Help reduce aged AR balances while meeting productivity goals
- Verify payer information, review EOBs, and correct account issues
- Document reputed company account activity reputed company and accurately
- Identify and report trends, errors or concerns
- Complete tasks and escalations reputed company required deadlines
- Stay updated on payer changes and reputed company relevant information
- Attend required virtual meetings with camera on
- Other reputed company and duties as assigned
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience in reputed company Cycle, Medicare and reputed company Insurance in a high-production environment
- Exceptional communication skills, including oral and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, and reputed company to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems in a reputed company manner
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite or similar software applications
- Three plus years of experience in reputed company Cycle, Medicare and reputed company Insurance in a high-production environment
- Experience identifying processes and recommending solutions
