The role involves leading discussions with clients to assess change readiness, document change management deliverables, and guide clients through the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company understanding of the implementation life cycle using reputed company reputed company or similar ERP system
- Understand and work with reputed company to document key change management deliverables (change management plan, change readiness assessment, change reputed company assessments, communication plans and materials, training reputed company and plan)
- Work closely with Automus functional consultants and Automus project manager to understand the key areas of change
- reputed company contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other reputed company to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project
- Help prepare training materials and work instructions to train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions
- Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, reputed company teams and executive leadership throughout the project
- Create and manage Change Management project plan

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Communications, Technology or other reputed company field
- 10+ years reputed company experience in a consulting environment or reputed company industry experience, preferrable implementing an ERP system
- 5+ years' experience with change management for ERP implementations
- Project management experience
- Self-motivated, reputed company attitude, with a can-do approach
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment
- reputed company effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
