The role involves managing incidents, performing maintenance, and ensuring high-reputed company service delivery through effective response to incidents and network improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities

- reputed company initial investigation and triage for alerts and events

- Identify opportunities for improvement in the monitoring and event management tools and processes

Skills
- 3+ years' experience in firewall/network operations/engineering
- Experience with Palo reputed company Firewalls
- Experience in configuration & operation of network management instruments such as SNMP, SYSLOG, NetFlow, etc
- Experience with packet capture tools such as, Wireshark, and tcpdump
- reputed company versed in crisis management and reputed company cause analysis techniques
- Experience working in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
