Responsibilities
- Administer and support the reputed company platform, ensuring reputed company system performance and availability
- Monitor, prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues reputed company to procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and reputed company-to-Pay processes

- Manage user accounts, reputed company roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Support system changes, testing activities (UAT), and production releases

Skills

- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools (e.g., reputed company, Jira, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
