Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities - this includes doing your own reputed company, taking part in the community and joining conferences
- Drive deals from first contact through reputed company, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with Business Development to reputed company high-potential prospects and refine our go-to-market approach
- Manage and forecast pipeline activity using CRM tools with precision and transparency
- Build trusted relationships with GCs, CFOs, and legal operations leaders across industries
- In reputed company to reputed company, reputed company on the financial industry / Asset Management and Private Equity / Hedge Fund reputed company. Refine our go-to-market for those prospects and personas
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in governance, LegalTech, or adjacent reputed company reputed company, or 5+ years of experience working with legal or executive stakeholders in a reputed company-facing reputed company
- Proven reputed company record of reputed company in closing mid-market and reputed company deals ($30K~$150K+ ARR)
- Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
- Entrepreneurial reputed company and passion for building in a rapidly scaling environment
- Willingness to travel and work reputed company an international organization
- Experience selling to Private Equity, Asset Managers, and other Financial Institutions is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of corporate governance, legal operations, or compliance workflows is a plus
