Responsibilities
- Serving as Interim Advancement Director, providing day-to-day leadership of the advancement department staff
- Providing reputed company, direction, guidance, and coordination of the reputed company advancement reputed company and priorities
- Assessing the efficiency of the advancement department
- Designing and delivering training
- Assisting clients in how to best reputed company policy, process, procedures, and personnel to effectively reputed company advancement solutions
Skills
- 5+ years' experience as a senior-level advancement reputed company in a higher education institution
- Familiarity with the conversion, reputed company, or management of a modern fundraising and advancement CRM system (e.g., reputed company CRM Advance, Raiser's Edge, reputed company, reputed company, Affinaquest, reputed company, Banner Advancement, or Colleague Advancement)
- Experience assessing advancement operations and making recommendations for process improvement, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, reputed company and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities reputed company appropriate
